I had liposuction with Dr. Semih Yaman and I'm really happy with my result. My translator Zehra was a great help to me during my stay and also months before, she always answered all my questions immediately and always put my mind at ease. She was by my side the whole time, which was a great support for me. The hospital stay was very relaxed, of course you are in a lot of pain, but the nurses were very professional and helpful. Nurse Rukia came back to the hotel and always asked about me and checked my values and results. She works very carefully and professionally. Another compliment to Tarik, with the magic hands, who performed a lymphatic drainage massage, resulting in a nicer and better result. The transfer always went very well. I was already expected at the airport and was always driven to the hotel/hospital on time. However, I would recommend everyone to take an accompanying person with them because you need a lot of help in the first few days. I would like to thank the Dr. Pilus team again for all their support during my stay.
I went to these for a revision for an uplift and implants what I got was botched. They gave me one price then tried to force me to pay more money. The aftercare was nonexistent. Very unprofessional. The implant didn’t explode it was cut when they cut into my skin. There was no microsurgical operation as an application. There was no nurses to change dressings in fact I was sent home with no dressing change at all. A note was given the day of the operation to say I was clear to fly without being checked to see if I was ok. The only time they bothered to get in touch was to hassle me for money when I had already paid £4100 and the price was a lot cheaper originally with implants.
my experience it was bad, the agent supposed to be with you according on the proposal, she should be your translator but only she will be over the phone, the hospital doctors and nurses doesn't speak english, after operation i'm covered with blood for days i was only offered 1 compression it was fully of blood. i had to request shower my daughter has to help me and nurses eventually did the dressing. There is not follow up appointment, i had the person came to do massage at the hotel but less half an hour i had 0 recommendation. I requested the nurse the wound is licking of fulll blood when i call the agency Ozier advised time to look the pharmacy to get bandages or the nurse will come to see me, when the nurse came she dress the wound but wasn't dressing properly I had to request some more bandages to help me going stop bleeding. the agent Ozier keeps increase the price each item when she advise if i need to have massage another £40 extra. Since I came back, i have not come back on my routine where prior op the agent advised 2 weeks you will function back to normal which I'm still struggling of how to cope with bleeding still licking the umbilical cord where they opened it's not heal yet. Personally i wouldn't recommend anyone to go to Dr Pilus as they are not follow up, it's all about money you pay to buy diagnoses. not follow up after operation not compression given only the one you have been given after operation not supply dressing after discharge not enough massage not interpreter to translate
hello! It is with great pleasure that I want to share my trip to Istanbul to the clinic dk. Pilus for mammoplasty and combined body lipofilling! it was my first trip to Istanbul, of course I was worried, but all my worries were gone as soon as I saw everything with my own eyes! I found a clinic on Google, left a request and Ozlem contacted me in what’s up! this is an amazing employee who was in touch at any time and answered all my questions! I can say that my decision to fly to Istanbul is thanks to Ozlem and her support! at the airport I was met by the driver from the clinic and taken to a five-star hotel, the next morning Ozlem and the driver came to pick me up and we went to the clinic , I didn’t have to worry about anything at all everywhere Ozlem was with me for all the tests and all the offices . She accompanied me and arranged everything! this is amazing. next we met with my surgeon op.dr. Yasemin is an amazing surgeon, we discussed the details and I was sent to the ward to prepare for the operation! All clinic staff are very friendly and caring! I was operated on and two days later I was again taken to the hotel where the doctor came to visit my condition! also after 3 days of staying at the hotel, the driver came for me and took me to the airport! I want to express my gratitude to all the staff who participated in my journey and stay in the hospital! thank you all so much!!!!
My experienceThe translator Zee was very helpful in our journey to surgery, she explained everything very well, and after the surgery as well, she contacted us and took good care and always reassured us of everything. The surgeon, teanslater and nurses were very helpful. After the surgery, we even got the nurse Rukiye to check on me in the hotel, change my compresses, and explain where pharmacy is nearby! For someone who’ve really never been to Turkey, dr.Pilus were very helpful to inform about the local services. No complain about hotel and drivers, the service was good! I would thank the doctor, nurses and my translater for reassuring me all the time and explaining everything. I recommend dr.Pilus for anyone wanting to do esthethic changes!
My experience with the doctor himself and hospital was very good,however I think to get to someone after it all to get in touch with the doctor was and is the nightmare,especially since I had to buy a new ticket to return to the uk cos of late pick up from the hotel and traffic,being alone and not told I needed someone to be with me to help based on what I was having was misleading,the hotel promised with breakfast complementary was misleading,none didn’t happen..my advice is try to be sure who you speak too and what said is what will happen…lots of hassle and misleading information was given. Ps: no complaints on the doctors or nurses @ hospital,they were brilliant,the star ⭐️ was based on my experience upon my arrival and after surgery and back home communication
From start to finish my experience with Ozlem and Team (DrPilus) has been Super..I attended alone from London and everything discussed with Ozlem was adhered too, she made me feel very comfortable.. She’s so sweet n brilliant.. I have a sexy new Ass, and 2 stone lighter from Lipo.. The hotel was on point, new facilities and restaurant and the private hospital was great with outstanding medical team.. Zeynab night nurse was OUTSTANDING.. Loved her..Overall, would choose DrPilus Team again.. Thank U All..
