Dear all.I was operated on the weekend. The moment I decided to go to Istanbul I contacted DrPilus.Ram called me few moments later. Very nice person. He explained me things and text me information. We were in touch the whole 2 weeks. He answered me everything I wanted to know. Seems like he work 24/7 as he was always available.I arrived to Istanbul, they picked me up put me in the hotel, Ram picked me up in the morning to go to the hospital. He was with me the whole day , took me around to all checks I needed, he translate me everything what the doctor said. He was waiting with me in the room until they took me to the operation room. A day later he came to check if i need something and he spend time arounnd me.It was great to have someone orgeizing everything for me A great service i had as well in the hospital. The doctor was very friendly and the stuff as well. I do recomend DrPilus from my 💖.Now I am at home 3 days after I did, breast reduction. My upper eye lid,neck and face lift. I feel good and all looks good so far.So If you need to fix yourself,go for it. With DrPilus you will be good cared.Good luck,Tammy
I had flown in from London and had gotten liposuction done on my stomach, back and waist with a fat transfer for BBL. I was really anxious about the whole process but my translator, Ozlem, was very patient with answering all of my questions about the surgery and was always there to help me with anything I needed, she set up my hotel and hospital stays and airport transfers. Dr Ali Gokkaya performed the surgery and did a great job, I'm really happy with his work. Nurse Gul was so sweet, during my 2 nights at the hospital she would regularly check up on me and help feed me when I couldn't do it myself. My massage therapist, Tarik, was great when he was looking after me back at the hotel, it was nice having someone who was happy and talkative, he helped drain the excess fluid from my body and I can already see the results of it healing. Thank you all again so much. Definitely recommend the Dr.pilus clinic.
I had a good experience with DRPILUS hair transplant clinic from the Airport , the hotel and clinic everything was 5 star. I have been welcomed everywhere and the service that I received from the clinic was perfect and after 6 days ,I can see the result of my surgery. I went to get my rhinoplasty done and honestly it was perfect. My experience was amazing, the whole team was so friendly and approachable, I was picked up from the airport and taken to the hotel. In the morning I was taken to the hospital for the actual surgery. Everything went smoothly and even after my surgery the team has been extremely supportive and helpful with anything I’ve needed.
Awesome customer service. I felt really looked after right from the first contact. Zehra (assistant/translator) was 24/7 available, answered every doubt I had prior to me showing up, she was Top notch. Once there, the entire team was very professional, every single detail cared for. Great hotel, transport and the result, for the time being very promising!!!
Amazing service start to fInish. I had my surgery with Dr. Yasemin. Adinlyn at liv hospital. The hospital was spotless and better than any hospital I've seen here in the UK. I had bbl, tummy tuck with 360 lipo breast uplift and change of implants. The results were far better than I imagined. I can only recommend dr yasmin as that's who I had my surgery with but I can assure you you won't be dissapointed if you have her. Would highly reccomend dr pilus as a company they put the whole package together keep you updated with everything and the prices are great.
@Dr. Pilus and yes I came and met Dr yasmine for my operation and I introduced my friend to Dr yasmine because she is simply the best at what she does, she cared for me and even when I came back to the state she kept in touch with me and I love my surgery and did I tell you again she kept me in the hospital for 2 days to check up on me and see how I am doing but the Dr semah yemah that did my gf surgery did nothing of such I mean do perform a surgery at 10:00 PM tell me whose surgeon sends her patient home after surgery same day. And with the email I got from Dr. Suleyman I showed you and you read it. We are coming for lawsuit of your company and also for that Surgeon just get ready for us. And please People when reading this please ask for Dr. Yasmine only she is the only surgeon I am vouching for because she treats you like a family and answers all of your concerns. She treated me as a friend and answers all of my questions. Her handle on Instagram is dr.yasemin.aydinli. She is the best of the best. And as for you Dr. Pilus don’t start the battle you won’t WIN.
I was surprise from start to finish. at the exit from the airport the taxi came to pick me up and took me to the hotel. the next day the staff picked me up at the hotel to take me to the clinic. very welcoming staff. for any of my slightest doubts it was enough that I wrote on whatsapp and they answered me immediately. great service and very prefessional. now I'm just waiting for the result.😁
