At first, I felt really really nervous but the more I talked with my translator, the more he helped me. He knows how to play with words. While I was feeling nervous, I suddenly started to feel comfortable and started to laugh. And also all of the crew was perfectly great!! The doctors, the drivers, everyone! They know how to treat someone well and in this place, you will feel truly valuable to be honest!
hi everyone , i had a really bad experience with dr pilus company that i wanted to share with you، i agreed with the company to do the liposuction surgery. i arrived to medical park hospital to do the surgery in 3 june 2021 and all things went very well till the time of the surgery , the nursing staff prepared me for the surgery and after i did the surgery the nursing staff had made a huge mistake wich is that they dressed me the corset in the wrong way , it was my friend who discovered the problem not the doctor nor the nurses and This indicates their neglect and carelessness , This error caused a permanent deformities in the thigh And I have contacted the company several times and they are just stalling and saying that the mark will disappear by time , and till now there is no progress , and this carelessness didn't cause physical harm only but also moral harm .If the company does not take action to solve this problem quickly and in a way that satisfies me, I will take legal procedures to recover my right.
had surgery with this clinic April 29 of 2022 I had a breast reduction and liposuction with DR semah. This Dr perforated mu colon and almost killed me . The saddest part is that I never saw that Dr once after the surgery that almost claimed my life. After the surgery I knew something was wrong and I was in great pain and I told this people but they gave me pain reliever but it wasn’t working. I couldn’t eat I was in sever pain. After 2 days they said I couldn’t say any longer that I had to leave even tho I was in pain . Mind you these 2 days in the hospital the Dr never even called or checked up on me. I was forcefully discharged and sent back to my hotel. I couldn’t walk they had to take me downstairs in a wheel chair. At the hotel I almost died and they had to rush me to the ER where tests was conducted and they said I had to do an emergency surgery cos the Dr perforated my colon. My condition got worse even after the second surgery I had to fly back to the US. At this point I already had sepsis and was at the point of death . I had 3 more surgeries to correct what this People did to me. The saddest part is how unremorful these people are. No follow up. Nothing. Do not use this hospital if you love yourself
I had a surgery with DR Semah in april 2022 and this Negligent and useless hospital almost killed me. If you love your own life do not go to this hospital. I had breast reduction and lipo with their doctor and he perforated my colon and pretended like he didn’t do anything.after my surgery I complained to this people that I was in pain but cos they already know what they did they sent me to my hospital from where I was rushed to the ER. Not once did I see this Dr semah after the surgery and after making such a great mistake.these people left me to die.I had to fly back to America where I I had to have 4 surgeries to fix this Doctors mistake. They are bad people in this hospital do not use them. I was in the hospital for 2 month after this Doctor almost killed me in order to correct what he did. They are not remorseful, not empathetic. Not sorry at all. Very unprofessional people.the worst part is that after almost 6 months these hospital called my friend that referred me to them to remove her review cos it was bad for business not even caring that their action almost cost me my life. They didn’t check up on me all through. The stupid Dr never even said anything to me till date. The hospital never called me after all they already got their money. Please do not use these people
My first time experience of surgery was with Dr pilus and I cannot fault them at all! My consultant Ali has answered every single question I have thrown at him since booking back in December, he has reassured me throughout the process and continues to do so since my surgery in February. My surgeon dr yasemin aydinli has done a fantastic job on me (tummy tuck, lipo and boob lift) I am astonished at the care I have received at such a great price! The liv hospital were amazing even with a language barrier, nothing was too much for them and I was looked after extremely well. I would never go anywhere else now for my surgery and I am so grateful that I found this agency. If I could give 10 stars I would! Thank so much to everyone, especially Ali and Yasemin! My translator Kemal was also amazing 😁
From start to finish my whole experience was handled professionally and with great care for yours truly! Communication, travel, transport and a translator were all arranged beautifully prior to my surgery. The hospital itself was very clean and professional, as you'd expect for such a major operation. Just like a British hospital except everybody was Turkish obviously! 😜 communication wasn't difficult though as everybody had a translation app, so they knew how funny I was being. The doctors and nurses at the hospital were so helpful and caring and I was very well looked after during my stay there. I even stayed in one extra night at my delight, so they could keep a close eye on my delicate ginger skin after my tummy tuck. Totally and utterly cannot fault them at all! I was prescribed all of the correct medication and aftercare and still continue to have communication with Doctor Ali post surgery incase I have any worries or concerns. Which I don't, that's my pals job hardy ha. Overall I am very pleased with how my surgery and experience went. And if decide to have anymore surgery or lipo, then I wouldnt hesitate to book with Doctor Pilus. Watch this space Doctor Ali!Muchas gracias to everybody for everything!
i attended dr pilus recently. from the first point of contact with ali for my quote to the very end of of treatment was amazing. ali was amazing, he was reliable with giving all information for my procedure, answered all questions including stupid questions with great professionalism, even when i messgaed as questions popped into my head at all hours of the night. he organised my transportation which was veru punctual, and lovley drivers. when i arrived for my appointment i was met by kemal who was my translator, again he was so nice and a pleasure to meet. the doctor met me before surgery to go through any question i mau jave for her, once again so pleasent. throughout the week after my surgery ali would check in to make sure everything was ok.i am delighted with my surgery, and cant recommended this company enough..i received a prescription for pain relief.from start to finish they were fantastic.the hospital was beautiful, nice view of the high rise buildings from my room, very clean, and fed well.
