AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!I had a very disappointing experience with this supplier. After placing an order and making full payment, the goods were never delivered. Despite several follow-ups, they failed to provide proof of delivery, issue a refund, or offer any real resolution. Eventually, they stopped responding altogether.This level of service is unacceptable and unprofessional. Be very cautious before doing business with them, as they neither deliver on promises nor handle customer concerns responsibly.

I would not suggest using this company if you are ordering internationally

I have been so excited to actually try this product. Everything looked wonderful, and they claimed to have 24-7 Customer service. I placed my order through the Shop app on August 20, 2024. I received the shipping confirmation that it had left on Aug. 12, with and ETA from the tracking company of Aug. 17 - 20th. I was notified the package arrived in the U.S on Aug. 20th. It is now Aug 28th and haven't heard anything since. I tried contacting Dubai Chocolate customer service. It said go to a different website. I went there clicked on customer service and it sent me to a screen that said go to the same website I was in? Tried to go through again and it was just the same cycle. NO way to contact customer service. I then tried the shipping company and could only get a chat bot that told me my package arrived in the US on the Aug. 20th, and hadn't moved. It then told me to call them for a chat the next day but did not give a number. I asked it for a customer service number, and it gave the hours of operation. I then asked for the shipping company's number, and they only had an international one. Now my big problem is these chocolates were supposed to be kept refrigerated. They left the Netherlands on the 12th and it is now the 28th in the heat of summer??? I can't contact anyone, to get my satisfaction guaranteed refund or at least a replacement. Since I can't get in touch with the company I don't know if this was all a scam or just an unfortunate incident!

No delivery

Ordered on the 14th of august. Still no delivery. No response on my email and no telephone number. Really bad service if you are promoting with receive the next day. Still no order so now im going after my money and the chocolates they can do whatever they want with it.DONT ORDER HERE!

totally destroyed .worst delievery ever. they dont even bother to use a cooling trucksent them all photos and videos of the product with no response

Repeated overdue/no-lable shipments

! Everyone, please pay attention to due dates !On 21-07-2025 I ordered 2 chocolate bars and a pistachio dip to be shipped in the special cooling package. Shipment #1 came the next day:- opened one chocolate -> discoloured, whitish (chocolate bloom?) - both bars with 31-05-2025 best before date- pistachio dip unlabeled, only some barcode sticker- cooling package - not even a trace of cold despite quick delivery (<24h).Ok, mistakes happen, though this was the first time I experienced it, but considering this is a food product such mistakes should not happen.Emailed them with photo immediately and got quick response with apologies, how they will escalate, they care about quality etc. and that they will send me new shipment.Shipment #2I received 2 new chocolate - both with 31-05-2025 best before date, AGAIN.I emailed again with photo of now 4 bars collection. Another quick response, apologies, they will send new one personally inspecting the dates etc...Shipment #3To my complete shock, the 2 new bars that came now had NO LABLE AT ALL and pistachio dip came the same, with only barcode sticker on it. Cooling packaging again without a trace of cold despite quick delivery. No label – no due date – no problem?Another round of emailing, with photo of now 6 bars. Received repeated response of “sincere apologies/we shall escalate/find a solution”. They refuse to refund me, but want to send me ANOTHER shipment although I stated I do not want any more chocolates sent to me.In the meantime, I visited Trustpilot and saw that I am not the only one. More cases with overdue products, and a lot with shipment + customer service issues. Wish I saw this earlier.By this point it is clear that this is not an isolated mistake, but rather questionable operation of this business. There is a very good reason we have labels and we have due-dates, especially with products which can pose health hazard, there is no room for mistakes. Also, by this point, trust is gone, and I would not consider eating their product even if it would arrive with good due date – labels come on and off it seems.Take care all, and enjoy some other chocolates! 

This chocolate is oversweet and almost tasteless It goes without saying that it is overpriced.Quite a disappointment. Had been hoping for a good flavour of pistachio but instead just overwhelming sugar and an unpleasant texture
