Very disappointing customer service.Right after I placed my order, the price on their website dropped by €1 per item. When I contacted them, they refused any form of compensation and only offered a discount code for a future purchase, which I won’t use. This experience shows they don’t value customers. I won’t be ordering from them again.
It's been a month and a half since I ordered. At customs, we asked for an invoice, but customer service doesn't work at all. They don't respond at all. They didn't send an invoice. That's about the organization. Now about what we received: a melted piece of milk chocolate, with absolutely no pistachios. Just a piece of chocolate. What we received wasn't even next to the Dubai chocolate. They're some kind of scammers.
AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!I had a very disappointing experience with this supplier. After placing an order and making full payment, the goods were never delivered. Despite several follow-ups, they failed to provide proof of delivery, issue a refund, or offer any real resolution. Eventually, they stopped responding altogether.This level of service is unacceptable and unprofessional. Be very cautious before doing business with them, as they neither deliver on promises nor handle customer concerns responsibly.
