Ordered and paid for item on 16th, now 28th and still no sign of item. Several contradictory emails saying it is in transit and it hasn't yet been sent. Tried to cancel and get refund and these emails are being ignored. Would stay well clear of this company. Appear to have no review platform on their web site which says it all.

Appaling Customer Services do not order from them. They are registered in the Netherlands but based in China. Ive have sent them the following email.

Dear Duke & Scoop,

This email serves as a formal final notice regarding my order placed on 5 January 2026 for dog collars, which remains undelivered.

At the time of purchase, I was advised that delivery would take 3–5 working days. This timeframe has long since passed. Despite automated updates, I have received neither the goods nor any meaningful response to my direct emails.

Since placing my order, I have reviewed your Trustpilot profile and noted a pattern of complaints concerning non-delivery, excessive delays, and lack of customer service response. This further increases my concern that my order has not been properly fulfilled.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, goods must be delivered within the agreed timeframe. You are now in breach of contract.

Unless I receive, within 7 days of this email:

• Verified tracking information confirming dispatch and a confirmed delivery date, OR
• A full refund to my original payment method,

I will take the following action without further notice:

• Initiate a debit card chargeback through my bank on the grounds of non-delivery of goods
• Submit a formal complaint to Trading Standards
• Escalate the matter to the relevant consumer protection authorities

Please treat this as a final opportunity to resolve the matter amicably.

If I could I would give this company zero stars. I ordered a dog bed for €60 on the 4th of February, I got an email on the 6th of February stating that my order was on its way, I could see from the tracking that the order has not moved since the 6th of February. I got in contact with the company only to be told it was on the way to " look at the tracking". I have since contacted the company twice looking for my order only to be told again that it was on the way. The last mail I sent them I stated I wanted a refund only to be told that the company has to do an investigation to see where my order was, that was last Wednesday!! I will continue to look for a refund as I believe, reading from other comments that this is the way this company works. Absolutely disgraceful way of running a business.

After waiting three months, I had to reach out myself to ask where my order was. Only then was I told that the item was not in stock. Instead of offering a refund, I was told I could choose a different item. However, by that point I had completely lost confidence in this company. Super scammy. Don't buy from here.

We placed an order on the 18th January, it finally arrived today 11th February, 24 days to get from Holland to Cornwall, that is ridiculous, we have had parcels from China, USA and Australia faster than that, the only redemption is that their products are good quality, so if you are prepared to wait ages for your parcels then this is for you

Unsafe car restraint, snapped in 3 weeks

Firstly, my order took over 3 weeks to arrive, not 3-5 days. I expected and was very happy with an extra delay as the order was shortly before Christmas (18th Dec). However, there were no updates, no suggestions of how long the delay might be, and then when I contacted them, was told that no estimate could be given. Eventually, the items arrived.One of these was a "car seat belt clip with strong carabiner hook". I have bene using this for just under 3 weeks. Today, the puppy strained towards the car door when we opened it, and the belt snapped, and the puppy jumped out and ran straight into the road. Luckily it was a quiet road, and he comes back when called, but if there had been traffic, he would have been hit. Also, clearly in a crash, it would have snapped. So please, if you are trying to safely secure your dog in a car, don't use this - your dog will NOT be safe!

fair prices without cheap quality

I usually compare prices a lot and this store is actually reasonable. Bought a few small accessories and they all feel solid, not flimsy. The site was easy to use too.

Good item, poor delivery

Starting with a positive, the light-up dog collar I ordered seems to work really well so far and is as described.The problem is the delivery. I ordered and paid (including delivery charge) on 20th Jan. By 28th there was no sign it had been dispatched. I messaged and they came back to me quickly saying it was “all going smoothly”! Item finally arrived 6th Feb, so took nearly 3 weeks. It should make it clear on the site that delivery will take that long and 8 days without a dispatch notification is too long these days.
