Review Time
Last year I was told that I have cancer. Not knowing what my future holds, I cancelled many contracts and subscriptions. I'm aware that Duplicator doesn't offer refunds so was shocked to be told that on this occasion, the company would make an exception.
I only contacted them to advise that I would not be renewing my contract. I was told that under the circumstances, I would be given a 50% refund. Imagine my surprise when that 50% became 100%.
Like me, Duplicator seem to put people first. THANK YOU.

I have been using Duplicator for about 11 years as a Wordpress developer. It's ease of use is far superior to anything else I have tried. I get solid reliable backups and uploading a newly developed site to a client domain takes so little time. I have total comfort that if something happened to a site I could have it back up and running on a clean db with a clean backup within 15 minutes. The product is solid and reliable. The support team if/when needed is always responsive. I am super cautious about the plugins I add to a client site but I would never develop/maintain a Wordpress site without Duplicator.
I spent two days trying to figure out how to migrate a single site from a WordPress multisite to a new domain, and nothing was working. I finally tried Duplicator Pro, and the migration took less than 30 minutes and worked perfectly! This is a great plugin, and I know there is a lot more functionality than I've used yet.

I’ve been a customer of the company for a year, and my recent experience was very disappointing. The subscription auto-renewed for $400 without any clear reminder on my part. I didn’t receive the renewal notification emails (I checked every folder), and as soon as I noticed the charge, I canceled the subscription and contacted support right away — within minutes, before using the product. Despite this, the company only offered a 50% refund 'as a one-time exception,' even though I had no intention to renew and acted immediately. I understand auto-renewals, but most reputable companies provide full refunds when a customer hasn’t used the product and clearly didn’t intend to renew. This experience makes me reluctant to recommend the company to others. I’m sharing this to inform future customers about the strict, non-refundable renewal policy and the lack of flexibility, even with immediate action after an unintended charge.
The company has been outstanding from start to finish. The plugin operates reliably and simplifies migrations, but what stood out most was the exceptional customer support. They addressed my request promptly, professionally, and with genuine care. Experiencing service at this level is rare – highly recommended!
