I booked online on the Sunday evening and got the email confirmation straightaway. This was followed by an email and text in the morning to let me know someone would be there that day. I then got a call later in the morning from John, the engineer, who said he was around 30mins away. He arrived and tried to unblock the drain, but it wasn't shifting. We needed to access the manhole, which had been covered over, so he deferred the job and came back the next day to sort it all, once the manhole was accessible. Despite how full the manhole and drains were, he got it all sorted in less than 30mins and everything is flowing again so I'm very happy.
