Myles Turner was very friendly and kind. Most of all he did an excellent job fixing the cistern and flush for the toilet. He secured getting the parts he needed very quickly and the job was done by lunch! Can’t fault the service! 5 stars for sure to British Gas for sending him out.
I contacted Dyno after being let down badly and plumbers trying to rip me off with their extortionate quotes, especially when they heard the phrase "insurance job". Dyno were excellent. They were very professional and polite. They were able to send a plumber out the same day I called them. I feel that I have to mention Panagiotis Zekthi by name because he was exceptional. He was punctual and friendly. He came in, there's was no faffing around and he was able to detect what the problem was very quickly. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.
The engineer who came to my property called to say he was on his way due to my water leak. He explained things fully. Showed me what the problem was and showed me where this would need fixing. He was very polite courteous, and respectful of my property. A credit to Dyno Rod.
