Quality of sellers is very poor.

I have made 4 purchases on eBay.it and all except 1, I've had to get eBay involved to sort out the issue I have had with the seller.The problem isn't eBay it's the Italian sellers in my experience. They don't seem to know their responsibilities as sellers.I won't be using eBay.it ever again as it is a completely different experience to ebay.co.uk regarding the quality of the sellers. Someone who wanted to use a slang term might say "a bunch of cowboys".

As someone who works in banking

As someone who works in banking, Ebay and Paypal are the most hated companies you could think of. They consistently clog customer support and fraud departments. Tradfi and fintech need to come together and refuse to do business with these companies. It would save time, money and long hours with customers reporting fraudulent activity. Please stop using Ebay and Paypal!

negative feedbacks cancelled

I wrote negative feedbacks like: "On 31 March 2024 I bought and paid for this item, it has not arrived until today 27 May" that is true and verifiable in the eBay records but this feedback was removed ! I managed to talk on the phone to an Ebay assistant and is not easy and all I could be told is that my removed feedbacks were not compliant with eBay policies. When asked what policies I was told to look for them myself !

Stay away from Ebay

I posted a good for selling ( private to private), but I did not receive any bits and any messages about it. I managed to sell it by word of mouth.I wanted to cancel my ad, which I could not, and now they are asking me to pay 45sh euros without explaining why. is it the cost of putting the ad?To pay them I have to register my credit card, and I do not want to do that. once solve the problem good by forever.real rubber. I stopped using eBay for the same reason years back and I fell again in their spider web. my bad for trusting them again. A word of advice: stay away from this platform, a real global scam.
