I had the easiest and least expensive online shopping experience on the eBay website. I was amazed by the prices and free shipping too. A search bar to find whatever you may be looking for. Try it, I think you're going to like it.

the worst customer service

the worst buyer service, I bought something as I always do on other online shops/services, and then I find my account blocked without knowing why. The operator didn't understand me. I had to let it that way. Never again using their service, never. After, they tried to grip to excuses and so on. What a waste o time. I sent them the documents they asked and then other documents and others, I just wanted to buy one thing, not opening a checking account. Stay away from them if you want to buy something

I'm a user since maybe 15 years

I'm a user since maybe 15 years, and MORE OR LESS I can say as a good experince.But with last purchase, paid by bank transfer, I'm really angry and sad. The seller cheated me and ebay customer care was very very unpolite nad useless. Ok, I understand eBay doesn't care about payment trouble except Paypal (so tricky uhm), so wondering why eBay keeps permitting using bank transfer and at same time would like keep eBay a clear and honest marketplace. This experience and the customer care comportment made me very very unhappy. Ebay is a s**tty marketplace really. I gave them maybe 5000-7000€ of fees. I didnt expect this kind of comportment really.
