Review Time
I ordered some components for my stepladders from a company called immetrical via the ebay site. The components did not fit so I sent them back and now they are saying that I did not post them on time .The ebay resolution service is hopeless as well. They have sided with immetrical . What I want to know is did ebay have someone standing in the post office next to me when I sent my parcel back ? No so how do they know ?There is not a lot of money involved with this issue it is a matter of principle but I have unsubscribed from ebay until / if they resolve this issue
I bought 2 tyres from tyreworld through ebay they sent wrong tyres I spoke to ebay but because he was a power seller they removed my honest negative feed back I left for this crook ebay is the worst company to deal with they are crooks like the seller dont be fooled they will help you they are driven by money
I am very unhappy about the treatment from eBay! I sent two speakers, the buyer signed for them to confirm they arrived safely, he claims only one arrived yet I sent directly to EBay España (I do not speak or understand Italian) the receipt from the post office showing I sent 10kg and the specification of the speakers showing they are 4.5kg each. Yet there is not sufficient evidence and I loss €600. Terrible service
