Communication was good, but

Communication was good. It took longer to get an electrician to do the EICR than I expected. The remedial work required was very expensive and I have no idea whether it was value for money.

Highly recommend

Highly recommend. We had an EPC for the Sale of our property. Only took half a hour to do with the EPC ready to Print out the next day! Great Comms from Kevin and half the price stated by the Estate Agent!

Had to chase for the appointment after a week of no contact. But went smoothly after that. Citificate was received very quickly after the inspection.

I was initially told I would have a…

I was initially told I would have a call and have a visit within the next few days. This took weeks to happen had to repeatedly call. I gave up and thought I had been scammed. Then out of the blue received a call from a very polite engineer. He was very professional and went about his job in a very competent way so very pleased from that prospective. It such a shame that you let your selves down form the outset with very poor communication and follow up. Therefore my overall expectation was not met.
