Fantastic product and great service. Ordered 75 composite fencing panels on a Monday and true to their word they were delivered Thursday of the same week. The delivery driver was very helpful and offloaded the panels by hand and put them exactly where we wanted. Couldn't ask for more.
Initially I was happy with the service and product, I ordered a decking kit & estimated delivery was 1-3working days. It arrived on the 3rd day. Once I started constructing it I discovered I was 2-3pieces short so I ordered 3more on 10th April(EDD: 1-5days) then discovered they had only sent 6handle rails not 9, ordered 3more on13th April, (EDD: 1-5 days). In addition had to pay approx£50+ for delivery. Now 17th April & still no delivery. Have tried to track but just says no date for delivery. Tried to contact customer services but just takes me to the tracking bit. Now do not recommend, cannot finish my decking till I receive the additional wood. Extra cost +delivery charges I wish I had gone with a different company.
