Poorly delivered as individual pieces…

Poorly delivered as individual pieces of wood, still no idea if it's complete as I can't seem to workout what goes, instructions did seem easy to understand however as wood is not marked accordingly, it will make this harder, when I contacted customer service, they said the wood is sometimes heavy for the driver so they remove as is

5 star review for the quality of the posts.I had to request the original ones that sent were exchanged. Unfortunately the couriers beat them up! They were exchanged promptly and couldn't be happier.I will say the quality of the 9x2 rafters could be better however timber is timber.Very good customer care and very good product.

Good company

I have used this company over the years and they are my first choice for decking. I built a garden room 12 years ago and the timber is still in great condition. Very friendly delivery as well as good prices of course
