Review Time
It was over a week from delivery when I found an item to be defective with respect to how many modes of vibration it had. The item was supposed to have 9 or 10 modes and it had one. I sent a text to customer service at 12:48pm and received a response from Sydney at 1:17pm. Within a few texts back and forth Sydney asked if sending another of the same item would be acceptable to me as a resolution. Yes, no doubt I was pleased with her suggestion and her customer service. ANYONE reading this KNOWS THE customer service in most companies since 2020 has been horrible and most of us have learned to accept this as the NEW normal. EdenFantasys and This Lady named, Sydney, clearly show us, GREAT customer service is alive and well in their company. I am more than satisfied, and hope this and other good reviews help others decide to try, and continue to use/promote EdenFantasys. Thank you, Sydney!
