Review Time
I received my order expeditiously, and it was packed with great care. I have yet to use my new found fav s due to time constraints; however, I am anxious to do so.I was/am confused by the ‘CR’ rep informing me of the product and attempting to have me purchase it. Not once, but several times. I responded explaining I ordered the product and asked for a recommendation on another. I was afforded the same email advising me of the same sell pitch that was previously received, on the product had already ordered and received/ And no recommendation on the item I considered purchasing.
Had a snafu with my new penis pump after a week of usage. Contacted customer care via email, and Abel responded almost immediately. After answering a few questions, he informed me that he would send me a new one. In short, it was a great experience and excellent customer service. I’ll continue to order my supplies from this company knowing that they back their products 100% hassle-free.
I ordered a few things from Eden. First, let me say their shipping was the fastest I have ever received. One of the items was missing a piece that was needed for it to work. I contacted customer service and explained what was missing. Customer service offered to replace the full piece. I explained I only needed the part that was missing and they advised they do not sell that piece separately and is replacing the entire toy.I am overwhelmingly happy with the order and their customer service.
