I purchased a product from their website and was concerned it hadn't arrived when it was supposed to, after paying for the Express shipping. I didn't have my order number, so I contacted customer service for their help. Charlie was extremely swift in their response and helped me realize my package was literally sitting right outside my door. Woops! So, thank you Charlie!
