Carmen was absolutely amazing and helped me quickly! I love the personal touches she gave as well, adding emojis and just her wording made it truly feel like I was actually talking to a real person who truly wanted to help me. I really appreciated that (first experience with a toy so I’ve been nervous and was even more nervous to reach out to customer service) I would 100% recommend using this site, any issues will be swiftly taken care of!!

Anna was FANTASTIC!

Anna was so beyond helpful! I cannot believe that I have received THE BEST customer service ever from a "Sex Toy Online Shop". Even as I type this it sounds crazy, but she was fantastic. She was professional and dedicated to my issue even though it would garner some chuckles and sideways glances in "polite conversation". Not only that she was serious about helping me and provided useful directions and instructions and even when that didn't pan out she still treated me with so much professional care as both a customer and human I felt very validated and heard. This is what will keep me coming back! Customer service like this is what makes a company truly great. I know now even if I have an issue people like Anna will try to help in the sincerest way possible. Thank you so much. 11/10. Will definitely be returning here for all of my "sexy needs" lol

You sent me one toy that didn't work. Customer service was very pleasant and offered to send another one but that didn't work either. Thanks for being pleasant but it'd be nice if your products a actually worked.

Why a soldered battery???

You sold me a device with a remote control - run with a battery. Problem is that the battery wore down and now I have no remote since that battery is soldered into place and can't be replaced. No help available from Eden
