In an age where you can't get good customer service even if you pay extra, working with Carmen was a refreshing experience. I've been ordering from EdenFantasys irregularly for years. Their products are all quality at an excellent price. I received my last order and it looked like it had been run over. Everything inside was mashed up. I emailed customer service and Carmen replied. She was so sweet! It felt like I was talking to an old friend. She asked some basic questions and quickly began the process to send me a replacement. No teeth pulling required!
I don't have the words to explain what a true joy it has been in dealing with Carmon today, I honestly thought that I was stuck AGAIN with a company treating me as a number and a $ sign, I can't explain how informative and concerned, and just the most beautiful human being, and even went beyond herself to help me ,I did and I will for ever be grateful to Mis Carmon and definitely be a long time purchaser, THANK YOU, THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!! 5 stars is not even enough, I'd start at a million!!!!!
