I had received a toy that would not hold the charge. It only lasted 5-6 minutes. I contacted customer service by email and was answered that day. I was instructed to try a couple things which I did. They did not help. So customer service sent me a new one right away. I was very pleased with the assistance and professional help. Than you customer service department. You’re a 10!
The Toys I order are always really nice ! They come in mostly discreet packaging . The last order had a small toy missing and when I contacted them it was back ordered so they gave me a credit real fast !
