Everything further down is true but they emailed me the customer service very good, so good in fact, I got in store credit equal to the amount I spent so I would say that they were amazing at responding with a solution.Although I found it good at first and I have gotten many items from there, and not even 6 month in, the items I have gotten were starting to break. Eventually we found a copper wire from the toy in my girls lower region. They have not given any compensation for this and before anyone states it's because we did use it right, we did everything it said we could and it claimed it won't break. I will possibly never shop here again due to their inconsiderations, and I do not recommend.
Carmen was wonderful. I've worked in customer service for over 30 yrs in various different positions and places. Her demeanor and willingness to help really shone through. I always say fast food and customer service is not for everyone and 9 times out of 10, I'm usually right but she nailed it. Thank you again Carmen.👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
I always use a second party pay system when ordering online. I made a mistake and use the wrong payment method. I contacted customer service and they was more than willing to assist me in canceling my order and helping my place a new order. I so appreciate their help. I actually spent more with the second ordered due to how much I appreciated their help. I received my refund instantly. You don’t often see good customer service like this anymore.
The customer service department is so great.
