Clearly there is something wrong with the quality of some of the products they offer.Out of the things I've tried so far, they range from mildly quirky (as in the remote control sometimes does the opposite of what I'm trying to do) to completely nonfunctional (doesn't seem to hold a charge / unresponsive to remote). The only ones to function completely as expected are the ones with no powered function.I would not recommend buying anything from them that requires a remote control.Their support has been good though, and they refunded me for the nonfunctional item (I was given a choice between direct refund and refund in store credit with some bonus amount). And when their products do work, they are great.
