Faulty product response.

Carmen responded quickly to my report of a defective product. She arranged to have a replacement shipped to my address, and eliminated the hassle of product return by advising me to dispose of it, which I have done. This is excellent customer service.

Excellent customer service

Product was inexpensive and I got it in a timely manner. I accidentally ordered something I didn't mean to and when I contacted customer support they were extremely helpful and quick to fix it for me.
