I have been ordering here for sometime the items have come quick and are great this is first item that came defective spoke to a representative named Richard and he was friendly and said a new item would be sent out today I love this company it has great toys to spice up sex life and now I can say staff is very helpful and pleasant thank you eden fantasy

Satisfied Customer

I contacted customer service to see if they could get carrier to deliver package in time for a birthday (It sat in their warehouse 3 days in my town). While they were unable to contact the carrier, Carmen was very kind and made me feel valued as a customer. I am grateful this level of customer service still exists somewhere. Thanks!!

Miranda was easy to speak with regarding my issue, what could have been an embarrassing situation was handled easily and I felt like she understood what I was trying to communicate with my issue. She was able to talk with me and offer a solution that made me feel like the company stands behind what they sell and have customer experience as a priority, which for this type of business is refreshing.

Miranda was amazing

Miranda was amazing, I had a few issues with a product I bought and she was able to help me fix it so efficiently, and the response time was better than I’ve ever had, I got a response back less then a day after I sent my original message and everything was figured out and settled within 3 days. This was the best experience I’ve ever had and their products are amazing, so even though I had a defective product I still ordered a new one.
