they were very clear about my options

they were very clear about my options, which were fair, and when i went with one of them there was nothing more than "okey dokey". it did make me feel like, as long standing customer, that i have been doing business with people who have integrity and who actually care about their customers. so well played my good people.

She's the reason I will continue to be a customer.

She was helpful and didn't make me the problem and I will continue to be a customer because of her. My item was defective and she simply said I'm sorry let me fix this. She explained that sometime they come defective and it's rare but does happen. She was honest and told me the truth. I would give her 100 stars if I could but 5 will have to do. I will say this. Give her a raise cause you definitely don't wanna loose her. She's definitely a valuable asset to your business.

Top-notch support!

My wife loves her gifts, however the Naughty Rose stopped working correctly after 2-3 uses. I contacted EdenFantasies and was helped by Carmen. Carmen apologized and promptly prepared a replacement package. The support experience was simple and well beyond satisfactory. If I could give more stars, I would!

I have never had such an easy…
