Frustrating Workshop Experience

I am extremely dissatisfied with the workshop service. They caused issues with my vehicle and were unable to fix them, leaving me to pay another garage due to their mistakes. The task was simple, yet it stemmed from their previous work. It's hard to believe such poor service exists in the UK in 2025, where customers seemingly have no right to decent service.

Poor Service Experience

The service department's communication was very disappointing. After receiving a new car under a specific scheme, I encountered several issues. Although the salesman was great, the process fell short. I had to return my old car, which needed an MOT, but upon arrival, I learned that they needed approval first, causing delays that nearly made me miss my commitments. After three weeks, my new car developed significant problems, and when I returned it for repairs, I faced further issues with communication and no availability of a courtesy car. Ultimately, my problems remained unresolved, highlighting a serious lack of customer service.
