hang in there

it took a long time to be able to speak to someone. the person i spoke to , peter i believe was brilliant and i now have been able to recieve bills which i havent't been able to do for 12 months.i do think a password of 11 characters for an electricity bill is over the top .

It is so much easier to send over the

It is so much easier to send over the gas and electric reading on Watts App and I can see how much energy I am using monthly. I have a energy plan that I pay monthly by direct debit so hopefully the summer months cover the winter.
