Wow. And not in a good way

Maria was very helpful and reacted very quickly.Edit: Wow. I am truly stunned. I did not leave a review as have had an awful experience with EDF, yet they somehow managed to leave themselves a 5 star review on my behalf! EDF put me in debt by estimating my bills over winter despite having a smart meter and direct debit set up. Everything looked fine on my online account then come spring they hit me with a massive bill I wasn't expecting and couldn't afford. So obviously I was put on a pay as go meter and extortionate tariff. Been trying to pay my debt off and move for weeks now and basically being lied to and held hostage with automatic objections to the new supplier every time they try.Now I'm off to figure out how on earth they managed to leave a review from my account!!

Leverne was polite listened to what I had to say checked previous details of my account and apologised for any inconvenience, and upset caused. She corrected payment of my account for further payments as I requested. Just as it should have been dealt with.
