The modem functions well, providing good coverage and signal strength throughout a small terraced house. I had to reach out to the support team for assistance with the app installation, but they resolved it quickly, and everything is working smoothly now.
When it works, it misrepresents speeds that don’t match any comparative websites and don’t reflect actual usage. I live in a small flat, and suddenly, I can’t get internet in any room except where the router is located. My service provider supplied this device, which supposedly tracks outages, but they have no access to that data. It randomly disconnects my devices. Being in a central area, there’s no reason for poor internet. My provider has continuously let me down, and this device seems to cover it up—feels like a scam.
I used the service for a while but canceled my subscription in 2023 due to dissatisfaction. Despite having proof of cancellation, I was charged again in 2024. I reversed that payment, thinking it was an error. Then in 2025, I was billed again. It’s clear this isn’t an accident but a pattern of dubious business practices. BE VERY CAUTIOUS!
AVOID THIS PRODUCT. I have the device bundled with my internet service. After a few months, it began to show latency issues. I can’t even manage a decent video call. It claims to be easy to set up, but it’s worthless when you experience lag in games and calls. My ISP even suggested selling it off online.
When I switched to my latest service provider, I was assured of a reliable internet connection using this router. That turned out to be untrue; my connection is very unpredictable. In over two years, I’ve never had a full month without an outage. The router frequently updates, which slows it down and rejects new connections until updates are completed. Avoid these devices at all costs.
I received my router and followed the app instructions. After attempting to access my account multiple times with both email addresses and my mobile number, I was told they were incorrect. I’ve decided to stick with my old router. Such a waste of time; I do not recommend it.
When I first connected the router, it worked well, but a few weeks later, the WiFi suddenly stopped. I still had signal bars on my devices, but the internet was incredibly slow. I waited for videos to load for over ten minutes. I had to start using my phone's data to connect to my laptop. Overall, this router is very disappointing.
