I ordered a part and they came with the wrong connections and the wrong color. The return process for this company is hell. AFTER multiple emails back and forth they decided they wouldn't take back their products. I lost $80 plus shipping on a product I now found in Home Depot for $15 smfh terrible!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM!!

took way to long to get my order, the emails i exchanged with your company led me to believe the order did not get placed until long after I was expecting it to be delivered.I am a new customer and it was a tiny order,it slipped thru the cracks.Bottom line, your people did not care enough.
