Its been one problem after another..first one of the switches came damaged...then one of the chain links popped which had to be removed by an ebike shop near me..now the bike will not exceed 16mph..it's only a little over a month old..DO NOT GET THESE BIKES..especially if there isnt an Aniioki shop in your area...Customer service time of operation (which is only done by WhatsApp) is from 5pm-2am...which gives me a window of 8pm-10pm because I work early morning M-F...they usually only get back to you at around 11pm est and im already asleep...plus they don't work on weekends...an absolute M0@%#$ing disaster.

Having owned my A8 Pro Max for around 8 months now I have had various persistent issues that largely the customer service team have been responsive to but ultimately ended with me having to fix issues myself. Wheel nuts loosening and literally falling off the bike when riding, continual brake rubbing regardless of adjustments made following their own video guides, battery failing to charge fully - I should add that they have supplied a replacement battery but I have not been able to try it due to the most recent issue where the rear wheel completely collapsed while riding spokes sheared causing the wheel rim to buckle and damage to the motor hub. Unfortunately customer service aren't willing/aw to help with this apparently beyond me fixing the issue myself by purchasing a new wheel and hub.
Very much can not recommend this company or their products at all.

From day 1 It’s about spending 4200 bucks on the E bike especially from something overseas. Well my experience was 100% correct you should be nervous caution there are many other eBay companies that are UL certified This is not one of them. Their customer service is horrible. They’re at post market sales and support is even worse. If you live in the East Coast I don’t know what to tell you you’re screwed.

Aniioki A8 Pro Max Dual Motor eBike

Aniioki A8 Pro Max Dual Motor eBike – Disappointed After 2 YearsI purchased the Aniioki A8 Pro Max Dual Motor eBike exactly two years ago. At first, I was happy with the performance, power, and design. However, the experience took a sharp turn for the worse about three months ago.Since then, something has broken almost every week. First, it was the brake handlebar. Then, both the headlight and taillight stopped functioning. Most recently, the battery started dying unexpectedly in the middle of rides – a major safety concern – and now I'm told a replacement will cost $800.To make matters worse, the customer service is completely non-existent. I’ve sent multiple emails and never received a single response. There is no support, no accountability, and no help when things go wrong. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. I strongly advise others to avoid this brand. Do yourself a favor: buy American, and buy from a company that actually supports its customers. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

This bad service company, if you value your money do not buy anythink

Update 27/9/2025: In regards to the company response, A. I did request in multiple times over three months to send someone to take the damaged bike back as I have no place for it but they turn the defe ear, B. The bike have to outside the building as I have no storage, and one day it was gone, however I reported stolen and I provided the police reports and have evidence to prove it. End update respons. We purchased two bikes—one in November 2024 and another in January 2025. The first arrived with a damaged outside the box and when open the damage extended to the fram, battery and other parts. After weeks of back-and-forth with customer service and no resolution, we had to initiate a bank chargeback. The bike was eventually set aside for recycling, but was stolen from outside our property before collection. Now the second bike has developed a battery fault. When we requested support, the company refused—claiming that because we pursued a chargeback for the first bike, we’re no longer eligible for help. I find this unacceptable. Each product should be treated independently, and customers should not be penalised for seeking fair resolution.Disappointed with the lack of accountability and poor after-sales support.

Purchased an AQ177 dual motor 60v

Purchased an AQ177 dual motor 60v. Upon arrival all appeared ok until the assembly and the 1st ride. The screen would shut off randomly, the speedometer would not work. The power on the bike would randomly shut off . The rear right frame where the wheel fastens to was cracked . The handlebar support and hardware was stripped and damaged. Upon getting the bike inspected and having the manager of a reputable bike shop right a note stating all the defects on my receipt the seller still did not facilitate the return . Never cut the box that your items come in just incase you need to return . The seller just sent me parts to fix my bike and that was it . I threatened to get my lawyer and seller now says he will partially reimburse me. Still waiting on that . Can’t do business like that or you sell damaged parts and expect to wash your hands, free and clear.. warning not buy any bikes unless you can go to a local shop and buy it when you are received. They are damaged..

What a bunch of imbeciles

On my V7 52v 1200w motor the clutch started slipping under load so I ordered a new one and paid out of my pocket even the bike is still under warranty however when I received the new planetary gears with the clutch attached to it, it was reversed, meaning that my old clutch would free-spin or turn (right) clockwise but the new one free-spins or turns (left) counterclockwise. After multiple attempts trying to explain the problem and sending emails after emails with pictures videos and images every time I would be close to getting them to understand the problem I would get someone new to deal with and they would start over with send me this email me that etc. So after doing this for 2-3 weeks with no end in sight I decided that maybe it was just one of these times that someone packed a wrong part so I purchased another planetary gear which includes the clutch hoping to get a good one this time around, but no... the second one came and is the same as the first one. I have been trying to contact somebody there for past month already and it seems like they are completely ignoring me now so I have a Aniioki V7 that is still under warranty and it is useless because of a $50 part and these morons that don't seem to understand what clockwise and counterclockwise means ! ! ! They were also arguing with me that I have to be doing something wrong. Well this is not a first hub motor I had to service and I know quite a bit about them, but this is besides the point, if the part spins the opposite direction that the one I just pulled out of my motor it has to be reversed and obviously will not work, a child can understand that. Some of the replies from them were so stupid that I could not believe that an adult would write something like this, for example; I would be trying to explain that my clutch is broken therefore I need to order entire planetary gear with it as it comes together and that they are sending me one that is reversed and after multiple emails they say but the gears on the picture you emailed us look good therefore we are closing the ticket, and so I have to start my journey again and again. The stuff is not trained at all, they don't know the difference between a square and a circle not to mention what is a planetary gear with a one way clutch and how it works, they are way below the minimum required to operate and manage the parts department, I am wondering how it is even possible to have such stupid people working for you, I would never hire anyone from there to even sweep my floors. I understand that someone may not know one or two specific details about something that does not come up often, but this level of stupidity is so beyond even a comprehension I am going to give up on Aniioki completely. I was getting ready to purchase the new A8 dual motor with a 80ah battery plus one extra, but I am glad that I told myself let them solve my clutch issue first and them make the purchase which for the obvious reasons looks like will never happen. Now they don't even respond anymore and I think it may have to do with the fact that I want to replace both of my clutches they send me for free because I paid for both of them with my own money. This is not a way to do business and take care of your clients because remember this Aniioki you will loose customers so quickly once the genie is out of the bottle that you will not know what hit you because it will be so fast. It is way easier to loose reputation than to gain one.

AWFUL!! Order# AK6776 --- $3,779.00 -- BAD

Order# AK6776 --- $3,779.00 -- BAD, BAD, BAD experience. Hit and miss response. BUT even with that, you will either get a person with a memory problem OR a new person who wants you to start over with filming the problem. THEN, NOTHING. We asked to return the item and it's now as if they do not exist. Dropped off the planet. We've discussed doing a chargeable and returning the bike to the address on the packaging but WHAT A BIG BUTT FREAKING PAIN! So, now, we are forced to spend over$200, in a brand freaking new electric bike, to replace non working parts. And by the way, add I am typing this out, I just got yet A 4TH response asking for a4TH VIDEO showing the problem. ARE YOU KIDDING? So, or solution is too loose the over $200, order the part and mark it up to a lesson learned, AND find every possible red view outlet to leave a review and hope to save others from this experience OR so that someone who cares within the company, will see the reviews and quickly take care of the problem.
