My dress looked beautiful on line and it cost $79 . It arrived a month later and the disappointment was overwhelming. It was a cheap polyester dress with made in china on a tag inside it. It had loose threads and it looked cheap a nd nasty. They also claim to be an Australian business, bullshit..

I placed an order with Elle Double Bay through their website, which appears legitimate, but I never received the product.
I have had no response to multiple emails trying to follow up.
There has been no communication, no product, and no refund. Based on my experience, this company is not trustworthy and the website is misleading.

This site is a rip off; I am disgusted that this company is able to advertise on Facebook. They wanted me to return the items I have purchased, and they want me to send them back to China, when they make out, they are in Australia. The quality of their clothing is shocking, cheaply made and sizing is shocking too.How can we stop these companies ripping us off. They should be stopped by the government. I wouldn't give the any starts only I can't remove the 0ne star rating

I thought this company was in Double Bay, Australia. I have to return everything I ordered to China. The quality is atrocious and nothing like what was advertised. Now, I have to return and pay for postage and tracking etc etc. Which they have advised will be expensive. Of course they tell you that and make you pay for it, hoping that it will be all too hard.
