Regretting this loan decision daily

I regret taking this loan every day. I borrowed $4K in September 2024, and now in December 2025, I've paid off less than $500. Despite having a perfect payment history and often paying more than the minimum, that extra amount just went to interest. Thankfully, it will be paid off this week. They even suggested a refinance at the same rate. This service is disappointing, and I would never choose to work with them again.

Unreasonable Interest Charges on Payment Plan

The interest charges began at $35 bi-weekly on a payment plan of $125 bi-weekly. After my 18th payment, the interest has escalated to $125 bi-weekly on the same $125 payment. This seems unjustifiable! I am extremely dissatisfied and will warn others, and I will never engage with this service again.

Look like scamming you ask to upload my SS ID card. Then 3days I received email said my SS number is wrong your the only one til that my SS wrong I have alot of loan and I never incounter that kind of problem. You get me mad bulshit your the one invite me .your interest to high I'm not recommend your bank to the others your look like scammer.

I applied for a loan for $500 & it ran…

I applied for a loan for $500 & it ran a check, it gave me a message that I was approved. I even went to the website to check my account, it said that the funds will be deposited the next day. I checked in the morning to see & didn't see anything in my bank account or in my Rise account pending. I called them & they said I was denied. I told them what happened & they couldn't even tell me why that happened. I will never use Rise again. They should of just said I was denied in the 1st place.
