Brilliant service from Eluks, after spending days searching the internet for exactly what l wanted in the right size/design/colour l came across this particular wardrobe (Sky sliding door)The item was delivered quickly but when we came to build the wardrobe, unfortunately the delivery contained 2of the same sides (mistakes happen!!) I contacted Eluks via telephone on a Sunday explaining the situation and they immediately arranged a replacement part to be sent out and couldn't apologise enough. This was received on the Wednesday, the delivery driver was amazing, again very apologetic and really nice. The wardrobe was reasonably easy to assemble and looks fantastic so much so that l will definately be looking to order another one for my son's bedroom when we get around to it. Would certainly recommed Eluks as their customer service was first class ☆☆☆☆☆
I ordered my wardrobe on 24/07/25 I didn’t hear anything for 3 weeks I had to email and chace it. I was told there was a family emergency so ok I understand that but was told someone would be in touch on Friday 15th with details no message I had to contact again and was told to answer my messages I hadn’t received any messages so sent my email address again I haven’t moaned because I understand life gets in the way sometimes. Then a man comes and says area too small it was 15 cm too small we could of moved the bed over at least man was rude and said you do know what space I need I saiid it was ok I’m disabled and can’t kneel down hence the reason I needed the assembly doing wished I told him to take it back and got a refund but I was dumbfounded I knew as soon as I saw his face there was going to be a problem thanks for an awful experience
120cm Sliding door Wardrobe bought. The mirrored glass door of wardobe was checked by delivery driver before he left to make sure it had arrived in one piece. We didn't need two men to deliver due to our packages being left on our dining room table/ ground floor. 2 Packages arrived & were both extremely heavy !! Hence if required to be taken up any stairs 2 men will be required to lift.The wardrobe looks lovely & the sliding doors aren'tflimsy. The product is Solid & of Good Quality.Thankyou ELUKS
Absolutely excellent service from start to finish! Ordered on the Friday was deliver and assembled the following Tuesday.All queries and questions I had followed up promptly and with relevant information. The assembly technician - Luca was great. Friendly, helpful and efficient. The wardrobe - Sky 120cm in grey looks excellent and good quality. All in all a great buying experience all I have to do now is fill the wardrobe! Would definitely recommend to others.
Great communication.Very helpful, friendly, professional staff.The wardrobe purchased, was just what we needed, strong and sturdy.Delivered at time arranged and we were contacted 20 mins before by delivery worker to let us know he was near.They check mirror is in tact.. happy to replace any parts if needed.They said, if we need help, call them.My husband managed to put frame of wardrobe together, but could not manage to fit the doors.I called them, Greg replied, straight away, said it's no problem for them to come back and do it.Greg came the next day, let us know he was on the way and for a very reasonable cost, fitted the doors.We are very pleased, this is a great wardrobe, and the company has excellent customer service. We are very impressed..and we highly recommend Eluks! We will definitely buy more furniture from them in the future.
Greg came to assemble a wardrobe I purchased from ELUKS on Amazon, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. He was efficient, friendly, and very professional. He completed the setup quickly and did an excellent job. I love the wardrobe as well, it is really sturdy with good finishing. Really impressed — thank you, Greg!
