Stay away at all costs. The so-called 'Bose engineers' apparently designed the Bluetooth Earphones I received. These are cheap imitations available online for under $10. Their reviews seem fraudulent. I reached out for a refund and called out their scam, but now I haven’t heard anything. I will contact my bank to try to recover my money.
Do not purchase from this company! The earbuds are a cheap, generic product, definitely not as advertised. They offer no noise cancellation, and after charging, only one earpiece worked, with poor sound quality. These are not fit for purpose and shouldn't be marketed as such. AVOID THESE as customer service is terrible, and you will likely not receive any refunds.
False company with false claims and lies on their website; these headphones are a random generic, cheap and poorly made set of ear buds that offer ZERO active noise cancelling.I have also just realised that while they offer a '100day trial' the headphones must be returned within 30days.I have had no response to my repeated emails to date so doubt I will be able to return them within the 30days thus likely lose my £50.Do yourself a favour and avoid like the plague
SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!The biggest load of rubbish was delivered. Not a trademarked SnoozePod Pro as per their sleek advert, but a pair of TWS M73 $5 ear buds from AliExpress. No noise cancelling and no 30dB snoring supression. They also don't honour their 100 "risk free" trial, it's just another ploy to get you to buy thinking you will be safe, YOU WILL NOT! When you explain to them they are breaching the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, and ask for a pre-paid envelope to return the rubbish they have delivered, they tell you it is your responsibility to pay for the return (completely incorrect). Basically, they don't give a s**t once they have your money. Save yourself a lot of grief and DON'T BUY!
As others have said, (a) I wish I had read their reviews before buying and (b) the product isn't fit for purpose.Pressure sale technique of offer ends today, which then renews for another full day and so on.Two weeks to deliver.The ear pods didn't work at all.Numerous ridiculous (AI?) emails in which they clearly stated they would give a full refund if I sent them a photo or video of it not working.When I sent the video of it doing nothing, they offered 15% refund. When I told them their reply was illegal, they offered a full refund which I have now received.
I has to give a 1 star, it was disgusting what was sent, it says it will work for 6-8 hours, you get 1 hour is you are lucky. The high pitched that comes out of the ear piece when the battery is low was so loud, it woke my partner who was heavy snoring & he woke with a start, he has insomnia & was unable to go back to sleep after this.Disgusting company they falsely advertised they work, yes for an hour, but you have to be up every hour to recharge.Not worth your money
