Scam. As with other reviews, materials and product is cheap, advertised as 50% off, but this price is still more than double what they are worth. Don't look like the image on the Instagram ads where they claim involvement of a former Bose engineer, and no reviews as claimed by major media outlets.

I bought these about a week ago. Had one minor order issue and found the customer service friendly and helpful. They resolved it in a couple of days. The sleepbuds themselves are terrific and comfortable, even when I sleep on my side. I like the different white noise options.

I wish there had been reviews on Trustpilot before I ordered. It appears to be a US company but the so-called “Snoozepods” turned out to be an unbranded Chinese product, “Sleep Headphones”. Returns are not “free”. They offer an instant 15% refund since, in their own words, shipping back to China is worth more than the product itself. I should have done my homework, that’s on me. Avoid this scam.
Bad enough to receive cheap rubbish, but the left ear doesn't have any sound. As the product is faulty, their own policy is to cover postage for return and give 100% refund. Contacted the email address (they take 24 hours to reply each time you reply) they keep offering partial refund if you don't bother to return at your own cost. They won't provide a pre-paid label either. It's in their own policy that if it is faulty, they cover cost to return! Beyond frustrating. Complete scam!
I didn’t think I could feel any more ripped off by this company but then having to give them even 1 star as a review… that’s 1 star too much!This is a scam company. Avoid at all costs. Terrible customer service. The ear buds are very cheap, poor quality and don’t work. Trying to return them for a refund is nigh-on impossible. Please don’t be a mug like me and fall for this rip-off.
I highly recommend the Elyrasleep Sleep Buds. I have been using them for over 6 months now and they’re going strong. My husband snores and having that sound masked is critical for my sleep health. After researching everything on the market, I bought these and couldn’t be happier. The company even answered an email of mine on Christmas Eve! They really care about their customers. I use them every night and sleep peacefully.

It’s a big improvement over anything I’ve tried before.
Ordered the Sleep pods pro as advertised amazing fit and quality. Was sent a cheap inferior ear pod from China. In discussions with Elyra however offering refund ,almost acknowledged they sent different item than ordered. They suggest I post back to China to receive refund. At my expense which is costly from Australia. They sent wrong product ends up costing me even more to return just to get a refund.
