I made a purchase before I realized it was a scam - low-quality headphones pretending to be an effective noise-cancelling solution. I found out that once opened, they couldn't be returned. I attempted to cancel the order, but the support team informed me that I had to wait for delivery. When they finally arrived, I reached out to the support team, and they offered me £15 to keep them. I declined and requested a full refund. Eventually, they provided me with an address in China. I sent them back at my own cost. They have been stuck in customs in China for over a month. I just tried to contact the support team again, but their support email appears to no longer be active.
I bought 2 pairs since they were half price and part of a buy one get one free promotion. As someone who has enjoyed the previous model, I expected these to be a solid alternative. After charging them fully, I was abruptly awakened 5 hours later by loud beeps from each bud, followed by a message saying they were powering down. I was quite let down! They don't last through the night as claimed and fail to block out all noise. Additionally, they left my ears feeling a bit sore. They aren't as effective as advertised! Very disappointing since I had high hopes for these.

Extremely disappointing product. Poorly constructed, and I fell for their clever marketing! It cost me over £20 to return them, and I’m still waiting for my £50 refund after 14 weeks. They aren’t responding to my inquiries. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY.
Fraudulent practices! The cheapest in-ear headphones available. They only provide one headphone per price! You receive one for each ear, which is just a typical pair of headphones. NOT two sets, which you would expect to block out noise! Deceptive marketing. It's astonishing that such a store is allowed on the platform. I’ve reported them, and we'll see if action is taken against this scam.
