DO NOT BUY the TWS Wireless Sleep headphones.I purchased the M73 version of these sleep headphones and wasted by $96CAD. The sounds cut our from my left ear bud 10min into use, I did everything I could to get that one going again and it failed. I recharged it for the next night and they charge lasted 3hrs, not the 8-10hours that they advertise. I found the fit very uncomfortable.What makes this product worse ifs that I the 100day refund "guarantee" is only if the product is unopened.How can you assess a product in it's original packaging?? After 6 days I applied for a refund only to be met with a 15% refund on a $96 product.False advertising on the products performance, fit and battery power with a less than advertised.Dubious company that doesn't stand behind their product and it's claims. I wasted my money, but please don't fall for their claims.

This company is a scam, do not order from this company

I have given this company 1 star, only because I cannot give them no stars. The items this company advertises on their promotional videos are not what are delivered, what are delivered are clearly very cheap, generic product. They claim a 100 night risk free return, but in fact returns are only accepted if unused. I received my order on 14th October and immediately contacted them for a full, 100% refund. Their customer service is appalling, so far I have been offered a 15%, 25% and 30% refund and I can keep the product. I have told them each time I want a full 100% refund. They are just holding out, hoping I will give up, I won't though, I want my money back.

Like everyone else… ignore this scam!

Like everyone else, they are not the same as the advertising and just cheap ear buds that speak Chinese. Don’t fall for the adverts! You won’t get what they show and you’d save yourself hassle of even attempting a return. Yet another social media scam!

May as well not have the earbuds in, partners snoring is not at all muted. Uncomfortable. Plus the voice going “pairing” or “powerOn” at random times is kind of defeating the objective of having a quiet sleeping environment. Long delivery time as well and returns are just about impossible.

Cheap tat, shipped from china, not worth the money. I fell for the promises from the advert without checking reviews first . Don't make the same mistake,these are nothing like the ads on social media, they are cheap and rubbish.

Wow how I wish i’d read these reviews prior to buying. If you read this do not, I repeat… DO NOT buy these ear buds. Absolute waste of money! I can’t even use them as only speaks to me in Chinese. Instructions are absolutely tiny. I also totally fell for the advertiser. Total scam. They could be off Temu for $15. The company are also ignoring my emails for a refund.

Excellent customer support. My dog bit one of the earbuds and after I emailed support, they sent me a replacement within days with easy pairing instructions. That’s amazing service. Love the product!
