I wish I had read the reviews before buying! I’ve given 2 stars because I did receive the sleep earbuds and they do work - sort of! The instructions are minimal but I did manage to pair them. Unfortunately there is zero noise cancelling which is kind of the point of sleep earbuds. I also found them really uncomfortable. I do have a number of piercings but this has never been an issue with any other earbuds I have tried. It took me 5 emails before I got an address to return the product,the company kept offering discounts if I kept them. I then paid a ridiculous amount to post them back and no sign of a refund as yet. I think they are held up in customs in China somewhere.I am anticipating that, by the time they arrive, I will be told I am out of time for a refund! I hope this review saves someone else from wasting their money!
SCAM!!This company advertises itself as an affordable alternative to Bose Sleepbuds which are comfortable, have an app, good battery life and a library of sounds to mask noise and help you sleep.The Elyra Sleepbuds ship from HongKong, and are nothing more than a very cheap pair of Bluetooth EarPods. The left one didn’t pair at all, or charge. I contacted their support 3 days ago, and still haven’t had a response. Other reviews say that returns must be sent to HongKong which is prohibitively expensive, and package must be unopened or they won’t accept the return.
The product is cheap and does not work at all. You end up fighting with customer service for months with nothing resolved. They end up asking you to send the product back to China before they will issue a refund. Terrible company to deal with. Save your money and do not order these sleep buds. If I could leave a negative star I would.
