The Elyrasleep buds are really great and I enjoy them every night. I suffer from tinnitus and they’ve really helped me sleep better. When one of the buds had a connection issue, support replied within hours, even on the weekend, and replaced them immediately. Excellent company and product.
I lost one of the earbuds and contacted the company. They didn’t have a “Find My” feature yet, but they sent me a replacement earbud at no cost and clear pairing instructions. Customer service was incredibly responsive. Sound quality is excellent, and they’re comfortable to wear all night. Would recommend!
DO NOT BUY.Alas, another sucker because I didn't check. What was shipped was NOT what is advertised. It's just a generic pair of cheap crappy earbuds that do not have the features, and the claimed 12,000+ Trustpilot reviews are BS.Sent a request for refund and got a reply asking for more info, which I sent, but then ticket was closed. Have initiated claim through Paypal.29Oct update : Numerous responses 1st offering 15% refund, then 30% and finally 100% as long as I pay the return shipping. Yeah, as if I trust them at all !!!Just got full refund as Elyra didn't respond to Paypal. :-).Anyone want a pair of cheap earbuds ......
Great customer service, product works really well once properly set up. It takes a bit of time to get them going, but support is quick and helpful. The sleepbuds enable me to sleep through my partner’s loud snoring. When my dog damaged one, Elyrasleep replaced it quickly at a low cost. Excellent experience overall.

These little things pack a big punch in terms of sleep quality. They’re extremely comfortable, last all night, and have many different sounds to fit your sleeping needs.
