You send a photo of your pet and they do not create a custom design for a sweatshirt based off that photo They just select a random cat or dog sketch that they have on file and it looks nothing like your pet and the quality of the sweatshirt is so poor and they do not offer refunds and they charge $35 for a redo And I do not trust that it will be any better. I would love to attach photos if allowed on this site. So bad.
God I wish I'd stumbled across these reviews earlier 😭 so guttered got my partner a t shirt for fathers day- one of his hands is backwards so its not wrapped around our baby and looks absolutely stupid . Got offered a 10% refund which is not good enough in my opinion. So mad at myself for just going off Facebook reviews
I bought a crewneck jumper for my husband for father's day. The quality was great!! The jumper is a good thick material. I purchased it a week before father's day, slightly worried it won't make it on time even though the website said it would, considering I'm in Australia and this is in China. Well it came the day before fathers day! Very happy. The only thing is the love heart was supposed to be red with the silver border but it came out all silver which I don't mind. Still pretty. My husband loved it.
It seems that this is a common experience - the Facebook and other site reviews are excellent but in reality, the items sent are necessarily what was paid for or agreed. I ordered 2 cars to be embroidered onto the back of a hoodie, example photos shared by the company through messenger showed the cars being of a good size which would be visible on the back of the hoodie. What arrived were two tiny embroidered outlines of cars which could not been seen at all when the hoodies are worn due to them being a lot more narrow that the hood. I asked for support and was told it was a technical error on their part but was only offered a 10% refund. Communication went quiet when I asked to return the item for a replacement to be made without a ‘technical’ issue. I was later asked to email the company to speak to a ‘professional’ who offered a 10% discount which seems to be their standard response. I’ve passed the issue to PayPal. This just doesn’t seem to be legitimate at all.
Don’t purchase from this company!!!! I purchased 2 shirts with designs for Father’s Day and when I received them one of the shirts had these white marks across it that looked like it was made from machine so I emailed the company that took a couple of days to respond and when they did I was asked if I washed it to see if the marks washed off. I said no because it’s a gift and who goes into a store buys something clothing as a gift and washes it before giving it to them? There was no offer to remake the shirt but I was offered a 10% refund so a refund of $5.10 AUD when I paid $51 AUD each shirt. An absolute joke of a company with poor product and even poorer customer service
Upon being very skeptical of the company and worried I had fallen for a scam. I want to say customer service was amazing. The product was amazing and I am very pleased with the results.. tracking can seem a litrle off but if you just keep pestering customer service they will take care of it.
