Review Time
Placed an order for father's day on 5.6.25 after seeing an add on Instagram. I still have not received my order and I don't think I ever will. I have constantly checked the status of my order and has always been awaiting shipment. After contacting them I've been told my order is on the way, it was then lost in transit. Trying to get a refund has been like drawing blood from a rock, thankfully I used paypal and have escalated the issue to them
To be fair, quality of the product is actually decent. However, they have changed my little girls hair colour from blonde to dark brown. Looks nothing like my daughter unfortunately. I looked at the reviews beforehand on the website and they're a load of rubbish compared to on here. My review hasn't posted yet so they either only accept good reviews or they have posted their own.The only resolution to the item being wrong, is a 10% discount which isn't good enough. Absolutely gutted. Will teach me to trust reviews on companies' own websites. Will be heading to Trustpilot or Google next time.
I didn’t receive my order for ages, then I started receiving emails from them about how to ‘resolve my complaint’ even though I hadn’t contacted them, so I checked them out and found this page and realised it’s a scam.However, the t shirt arrived this morning, so that was a surprise.I ordered a medium, it’s way too small. The sewing isn’t very good, and they’ve made my husband blond (he has dark brown hair). Very disappointed overall for something that I’ve paid nearly £40 for.
Very unhappy with my order. They completely ignored my photos. They changes hair colored, shirt colors and even made my dog brown when she was black. Which is devastating as she passed recently and we were looking forward to having a photo of her on the shirt. I ordered this shirt for my husband for father's day and I am very upset with the quality of it. They made my husband's hair different colors, changed my son's shirt colors from white to purple in one photo and seem to have no regard for the personal aspect of the photos. I will not recommend this to anyone. For the price you pay I am very disappointed. Then they refused a full refund, ignoring my emails. They did offer a "10% refund for inconvenience" to try and avoid a bad review. This doesn't even put a dent into the price of the product. Then when I tried to leave a review on their website it would not post. As I looked closer no reviews below a 4 star were posted. I tried 3 times to post a review before a 4 star and it would not post. I don't know what they do but they are scamming people into buying a product that is not up to the 4-5 stars they portray.
I ordered about a week before fatheres day after seeing and ad on Facebook. I checked Trust Pilot after placing my order and was really nervous after the host of negative reviews. A few days after ordering and no update, I contacted customer services who reassured me it was on track. The delivery was a few days late (I suspected as much from any supplier during a rush period like fathers day) but it arrived and is good quality for the price. My sons dad is pleased with it and we've got several compliments from it already. My only advice would be take the delivery dates with a pinch of salt, otherwise I'm very pleased with my experience and wanted to share as much to give a fair few countering the many negative ones on here
Do not order from here. I ordered my product 1 month ago - it hasn’t arrived but I’ve received a delivery note saying it’s been delivered. I have received no product. And received no expected delivery date either. Just being told over and over again “thank you for my patience” with no eta. Complete waste of money and time

Write them en email that says this and they cannot refuse a refund. DO NOT ORDER! AVOID AVOID AVOID 🚩 stitching is thin and patchy, photos were not in the order as sent. Two photos had dad’s beard on but one didn’t. Dad’s beard colour had been put in a gingery colour when it’s clearly dark brown. Print was not central and wonky! Still fighting for a replacement or refund but I bet a replacement would be just as bad by the look of these reviews. I told them I will accept no less than a 50% refund, I’ve been offered 10% 15% 20% and 30% but I will keep refusing until they give me my money back!Update 2/9/25 - I kept going round in circles with the customer service teams being told one minute I have to pay postage then the next I don't for a replacement (which they codnt guarantee was going to be correct) and I kept being offered different percentages of refund. I got so fed up so I spoke to my bank and applied for a refund through my bank and was awarded my money back as a temporary refund. Once embroidery for love saw I'd got my money back they threatened me with saying how I could be liable for thousands of pounds in legal fees and my credit score would be affected etc. I ignored this and knew I was correct with my claim and continued. They did challenge my claim but were unsuccessful and now the refund is mine to keep. I am so grateful for my bank listening to me and was able to show them the issues with the jumper and the stitching.
