I had delays that meant the product did not arrive in time for Fathers Day. It mysteriously went missing and then apparently they fast tracked a replacement.When it arrived it had marks on it from I guess where they had put the template. I asked for a refund as the item was faulty and am still going back and forth trying to resolve. Initially they asked me to try washing it. They have now offered me 20% refund or return to China and they have said the shipping is at my expense. This is against the consumer rights act and they refuse to acknowledge this.Avoid at all costs. The quality wasn't great either!
AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! I ordered from thr UK, to be delivered to America. Order was delayed, then delivery was delayed, did not arrive on Father's day, out for delivery, then they didn't deliver, have now emailed me to tell me that I have to pay $15 dollars for it to be delivered otherwise it will be destroyed.
I sent in a photo expecting high-quality results as advertised. The embroidery looks nothing like the photo, and the sweater quality is poor. The color I received is different from what I chose. I wish I had done my research before purchasing.
I ordered a custom sweatshirt for my husband for Father's Day. In short, this order took almost 1 month to get to me. The order arrived 1 week after Father's Day. The text was slightly wonky, the colours were all off. The images of my daughter and husband were of low quality. They have black hair; however, the colour used to stitch their hair was orange. Really really disappointed.
😡😤Do not buy! Scam! Fraud!The description on Instagram and the website is misleading. Negative comments are deleted on Instagram.- Very long delivery time (over a month), not as advertised on the website. It’s shipped from China.- Wrong color – the sweater I received is not the one I selected.- Very poor quality – threads are already coming loose. Extremely uncomfortable.- The skin tones and hair color of the people in the design are completely different from the photos I submitted.I’m honestly very disappointed. I was so excited to give this as a gift to my husband. Now I’m stuck with a sweater that no one would ever want to wear because it looks so bad.
Wish I would have read the reviews beforehand. Ordered for Father’s Day and expected it to come a couple of days late. Weeeeks late!! And then to top it off, the A in DAD is a photo of the three of us walking away together, and they stitched my head on BACK TO FRONT. They got me looking like the girl from the exorcist. Reported it and all they were offering is £9 refund. Or I can pay the postage myself to send it back before receiving a full refund. By then, it’ll be extortionate to send it back myself! Terrible company! Don’t bother. There will be another company somewhere that does the same and not from China!!
I paid £12 for faster shipping to get my product prior to Fathers day. The order was apparently lost! Instead of refunding the cost of the extra shipping, they said "they would refund 5%"....they did not. Days later I told them how unhappy I was at this service, they replied with "we will provide you with a pretty free gift". But no mention of the 5% refunded. Which I wouldn't have even agreed too. The product wasn't sent out for days and days after this and I received no further communications, whether it would be or not. Due to this I raised a case through PayPal. Once PayPal contacted them, then they suddenly were able to send me a confirmation of posted email. I finally received 2 tops , its come from a completely different company "Just To Vip" , the tops are terrible quality. The pictures have completely the wrong hair colours. One of the pictures barely look like a human being. There was no return slip to send it back, No "free gift" for your error and no refunded. I had to re-raise a case through PayPal, they have only agreed to a PART refund if I pay for a traceable postal service to return the tops. But they have given me an invalid address. The address given cannot be found, so I am completely out of pocket. DO NOT ORDER.....also be aware of them changing their names due to bad reviews
After reading reviews on here I was really worried I’d made a mistake and wasted my money. However, I was pleasantly surprised when it turned up. The stitching is lovely and much better quality that I was expecting. Matches the photos provided well. Delivery was fairly quickly too. Only didn’t give it four stars as the hoodie sizing is slightly off and could do with being a bit longer in the sleeves but is still wearable. I’d recommend sizing up.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. The item arrived and it was nothing like the website pictures. Firstly the images were put on the t-shirt in the wrong order. Secondly the chalk line marks are still on the top. Thirdly, the stitching is shocking, loops and pulls on it. Fourthly, the stitching backing is rough and not properly finished.I contacted and asked for a refund based on all of the above and was told a full refund is only offered if I return the product to China at my own cost and it would have to be accepted by them once there.I would avoid this company at all costs. Awful products and shocking customer service.
