DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! 1st my order arrived late - this is when I realised that it was actually coming from Hong Kong! My own fault but when looking on the website it makes out it’s American or British - worryingly if you zoom in on their main photo it’s clearly fake/ai quote disturbing actually! When my order did finally arrive the quality wasn’t the best but the worst part was my son is clearly ginger yet they made his hair brown & his eyebrows yellow?!! I asked for this to be returned as I cannot give it as gift it looks nothing like my son - they said I’d have to pay for the shipping fees to return it! This would cost me over £15!!! The other option is £9 partial refund! Absolutely ridiculous and so disappointing I’ve wasted money so please don’t make the same mistake I made!!!
I read a lot of negative reviews here but actually I am very positive with the result I got! The stitching is great and just like expected. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because shipment took a bit longer than I expected and hoped (3 weeks vs. 1.5/2 weeks)
This company is terrible. Ordered a t-shirt for father's day and it came with a hole in it, when reaching out to them they first told me to pay shipping fees for a new one (which was more than the shipping fee to begin with) they then told me to find a tailor to get it stitched back up. Website states they will send a new one if the product is faulty but they are refusing to do that. Awful customer service!
I got 3 items. I do not recommend this company. Terrible quality. The clothes themselves are ok, but there is no attempt to even try to get the pictures to match. Don’t waste your money. It also takes forever to ship. The colors on the transfer are horrible. My husband is darker skin and they gave him yellow white skin, and made him look naked… the hoodie with Daddy on it was terrible. The stitching inside of the letters as the picture makes it impossible to see what the image is even of… and the 3rd one I got was an embroidered picture on the left breast. It has the least amount of detail as possible. The child is bald, when they had so much hair. But they got the spot where dad’s shirt was up a tiny bit to show a small piece of hia belly. Save your money!
If I could give zero i would! I sent 3 images of my daughter and ger dad. In each letter, my daughter has a different hair colour! There is also no beard on her dads images and so does not look like him. When I emailed to complain, they offered 10%discount which is mot enough and doesn't even dent the £40 i paid for this rubbish. Should not have trusted the website reviews!
