Not only did I not recieve a mattess from Emma Sleep Ireland, purchased through Living Social, I now discover that Emma Sleep Ireland does not exist as an Irish entity: its address is in Frankfurt! They have no office on the ground in Ireland.
What an awful company! They tried to convince me their Cool Luxe Mattresses is the exact same as their new Thermosync Mattress, when they are actually quite different. This is ILLEGAL (it's like Apple trying to sell you an iPhone 15 and telling you it's the exact same as a 16, when it's clearly not). I wanted to buy a second mattress but ended up sending my first mattress back because they were trying to pull the wool over my eyes. The only good that came out of this is that I found a much better mattress by Joya for the same price. I really don't know what's going on with Emma... so many bad reviews, such bad management. And also the caveat on their website is not enough to cover them on the mattress names. By saying the Cool Luxe is the same as the Thermosync doesn't actually make it the same, especially when it's a completely different mattress with a different height and a different number of layers. There was also another incident with a pillow with Emma where they tried to tell me the offer for a free pillow wasn't on so they wouldn't have to give me one, but I was easily able to prove that it was on. This retailer is not to be trusted.
