SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICE. WRONGFULLY CHARGED!!!!Signed up for the 2 day free trial. Wanted to cancel within 5 minutes as the server would not start. Went to cancel my service and saw a request cancellation. How do you request a cancellation on a digital service? its either active or not. No cancellation occurred after two days so was automatically upgraded to a higher service for $7.99USD despite cancelling two days prior. Incredibly shady business practice. Would avoid at all cost.
