Review Time
I purchased a tommee tippee formula prep machine in South africa at a baby expo, tommee tippee stall. I love the convenience of the machine but I travel internationally with baby and spending 6months in USA and the machine does not work here even with the adaptor/converter for the current. No where on the package or package insert not the consultant at the expo advised that the machine can only be used in country of purchase. I reached out to tommee tippee and their response was that it can only be used in country of purchase and cannot assist me with this issue. I bought a really expensive machine that i used for 4months and now that i am travelling it is useless and tommee tippee does not offer any assistance in this matter. i was advised to purchase a new machine by tommee tippee helpline which is ridiculous. this info should be given to public before they purchase this machine.
I attempted to call the customer service number (regarding a faulty sterilizer) multiple times over several days; no one ever picked up. Then, I attempted to use the Live Chat feature on the website multiple times. No response. I requested a call back, and never received one. A week later I resorted to Facebook messenger (I loathe using Facebook, but begrudgingly logged in JUST to make contact), and finally received a response... but the conversation dragged on over the course of an entire week, ending with a ridiculous request for me to take a video of my sterilizer blowing cool air (that's right, they asked me to take a VIDEO of the product blowing COOL AIR) -- and still no resolution. Worst customer service and low quality product. Will NEVER buy from this brand again.
I dont like giving bad reviews because the people are so nice. But they sent me the wrong parts twice already. I sent photos of the parts that I needed and was sent the wrong part again. I know it probably was just an honest mistake so I don’t want to fault anyone but would like the correct part
Demi was very kind and helpful! While Tommee Tippee doesn’t sell their lids separately (My kids have destroyed the lids of countless cups. I swear I have beavers not children!) Demi was kind enough to offer a total replacement for a set of 4. Demi also took the time to follow up when I was slow to respond as the email was lost in my junk folder. Demi also inquired as to the model and Color we would prefer! Very good service, very thorough and friendly.
