I reached out about getting new duck-bill valves for my double electric pump. Initially I had good response and promise to send replacements for my worn out parts but I never received them. When I tried repeatedly to contact about them, after waiting a couple months (thought maybe they got caught up in customs?) nobody will return my emails now. I like my pump but I’ve used it so much, the valves are not tight anymore and suction is very poor. I’d love to purchase replacements but there doesn’t seem to be any place to do that. Would not recommend their pumps simply for lack of parts and poor guest service follow through.
