No one addressed my inquiry at all. All I got was a survey email.I had said that I have the tommee tippee sports pink sippy cup. I purchased it recently for my daughter. Unfortunately it has some sort of defect. The bottom of the bottle has a sharp piece of plastic that sticks out and doesnt allow the cup to sit flat on any surface. I purchased at Shoppers drug mart and when opened it I didn't see this defect until days later and already threw out packaging and receipt. I was hoping to be sent a replacement bottle. I have photos.
I contacted Tomee Tippee for help with venting wheels with mildew. I was told I would be receiving 3 replacement bottles. I was sent different bottles from the ones I am using. The rep I spoke to was extremely professional and polite.
